Enable Me Physiotherapy provides specialist physiotherapy and hydrotherapy (aquatic therapy) to children in Poole, Bournemouth and East Dorset. We make therapy fun and accessible to all to enable each individual to reach their maximum potential and participate fully in the things that matter most to them. We also treat adults with learning disabilities and specialise in those with complex postural and physical needs.

Saturday mornings in Poole - contact us to book a space
We run Aquatic Physiotherapy (hydrotherapy) sessions throughout the year every fortnight on Saturday mornings. There is high demand for this service. We use a purpose built, fully hoist accessible hydrotherapy pool in Poole, Dorset. Sessions are run by a highly specialised physiotherapist and an experienced therapy assistant. Spaces are limited so please get in touch to register your interest.

OUR STORY
Enable Me Physiotherapy is run by Natalie O’Connor who is an experienced physiotherapist having worked in both NHS Paediatric Services and NHS Adult Learning Disability Services locally. Natalie passionately believes that every individual should be enabled to achieve their absolute best and live life to the full and this is what drives her to come up with innovative, fun and creative ways to help individuals to reach their goals through physiotherapy and exercise
