Enable Me Physiotherapy provides specialist physiotherapy and hydrotherapy (aquatic therapy) to children in Poole, Bournemouth and East Dorset. We make therapy fun and accessible to all to enable each individual to reach their maximum potential and participate fully in the things that matter most to them. We also treat adults with learning disabilities and specialise in those with complex postural and physical needs.

AQUATIC THERAPY (HYDROTHERAPY)
Saturday mornings in Poole - Next block starts in September 2024
Our next 6 week block of weekly aquatic therapy sessions starts in September and there are still spaces available. We usually run these throughout most school holidays too - perfect if your child's regular school sessions stop over the holidays. We use a purpose built, fully hoist accessible pool in Poole, Dorset. This is with a specialised physiotherapist and an experienced therapy assistant. Spaces are limited so please get in touch to register your interest.

OUR STORY
Enable Me Physiotherapy is run by Natalie O’Connor who is an experienced physiotherapist having worked in both NHS Paediatric Services and NHS Adult Learning Disability Services locally. Natalie passionately believes that every individual should be enabled to achieve their absolute best and live life to the full and this is what drives her to come up with innovative, fun and creative ways to help individuals to reach their goals through physiotherapy and exercise
