PRICES

Initial assessments are usually carried out in the home environment so that the individual is relaxed and comfortable. Follow up sessions can be carried out at home, school, day centre or in community locations such as gym or park depending on individual goals and treatment plan. 

From April 2024 mileage costs are charged for community visits more than 4 miles from the therapist’s base (8 mile return trip) at 45p per mile – this is subject to change depending on fuel costs. Travel time is charged at £40 per hour.

Fees are payable within 14 days after each session by bank transfer

Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50%. Non-attendance will be charged at 100%

Aquatic Therapy cancellation policy

Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will incur a minimum charge of £34. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50%.

Non attendance will be charged at 100%

INITIAL ASSESSMENT OR FOLLOW UP SESSION (45-60 MINUTES)

£85 (plus travel)

AQUATIC THERAPY (HYDROTHERAPY)

30 minutes in the water with a specialised Physiotherapist and an experienced Therapy Assistant 2:1

£85 per 30 minute session

(New patients will be required to have an initial assessment on land prior to aquatic therapy treatment sessions charged at the standard land based hourly session rate).

ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS, PROGRAMS, REPORTS AND SUPPORTING LETTERS

These are all charged at the standard hourly rate of £85

POSTURAL MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT

2 hour face to face assessment, 30 mins information gathering (either virtually or face to face) including report and recommendations. Enquire for price
